Sustainable product development and conscious use of materials

Froli places great emphasis on sustainability right from the development stage of new products. Through the targeted use of durable, recyclable, and increasingly bio-based materials, we reduce the consumption of fossil raw materials.

One example is the Froli® compact wedge in the Green Edition, which is made from 95% bio-based plastic. In this way, we responsibly combine innovation, quality, and environmental awareness.

Resource-efficient production and Energy Efficiency

Froli focuses on energy-efficient production processes and the use of renewable energies. Through photovoltaic systems and the thermal utilization of wood waste, we continuously reduce our energy consumption and our CO₂ footprint.

At the same time, we are continuously optimizing our manufacturing processes to keep material usage and emissions as low as possible.

Recycling, circular economy and sustainable logistics

At Froli, responsible resource management doesn't end with production. We focus on separating materials by type and returning them to the recycling loop.

Our packaging consists primarily of recycled materials and is sourced regionally wherever possible. Efficient logistics processes and short transport routes further contribute to reducing emissions.
